• Processing and submitting loan applications to Funding Partners.
• Communicating with you about your application, documents, and account.
• Verifying identity and preventing fraud or unlawful activity (AML/KYC compliance).
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Improving our Services and conducting internal analytics.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Sending permitted marketing communications (email, SMS, phone).

4) How We Share Information

We may share your information under the following circumstances:

• Funding Partners: We share application and supporting documents with lenders, financing companies, or service providers to evaluate financing eligibility and facilitate offers. We do not control how Funding Partners use your information once shared; their privacy policies apply.
• Vendors & Service Providers: We use third parties for hosting, IT, document storage, identity verification, e-signature, customer support, and communications.
• Legal & Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights and the rights of others.
• Business Transfers: If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

5) Communications Consent

By providing contact information, you consent to receive emails, calls (including prerecorded or autodialed), and SMS/MMS texts from us and Funding Partners. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to texts. Transactional or account-related notices cannot be opted out.

6) Cookies & Tracking

We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to:

• Maintain session security and account login.
• Analyze site traffic and usage trends.
• Improve functionality and user experience.
• Deliver permitted marketing and retargeting content.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit functionality.

7) Data Security

13) Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the arbitration and venue provisions of our Terms of Use.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
